First words first

Internet is great place today to do things you want to do. Express yourself, or just kill some time. This site is both of them. Place to give out things I do like stories, but also some views of my own. Also, I got sometimes those creative blasts I want to DO something digital, and well, this is it isn't it. Reason I choose this for my website is the fact, I cannot do HTML or CCS or Disandat. Yes, call me n00b. Luckily there is some great ppl who offer possibility for us n00bs to also do crappy websites. So here it is!

Now as waffle has ended, enjoy!

 1. General information

This is my homepage about Roleplaying games. I will not make these pages in professional agony, mere as a hobby or somekind of saving tool for my stuff and thoughts. All things on this page with my name are copyrighted for me and myself only (as pictures, stories and others like that). So if you are willing to use or copy something, PLEASE ask permission by "contact" ok? And if you would like to link my site be free to do that after asking permission.

2. Material on pages

Part of material appearing on pages could be HARMFUL for MINORS! So reading these pages needs concern. I don't recommend these sites for underaged persons. Especially writings related to rolepaying games are all imagined and every events, persons, descriptions are products of iminary. They might have references to reality and real life, but aren't suppose to describe reality.

If you are offended in any way, keep in mind, these are my sites and you can allways stop reading and carry on your daily basics. Don't take things so seriously, ok?

3. Updating

At the end of this page I will announce new updates by dates. I don't yet know what is update rate, but that I can assure it's not fast as light. I update when I feel like doing it, or am able to do it. Be patient, there WILL be stuff constantly.

 4. Fun and hobby

Remember, roleplaying games are fun -awesome- hobby. These games don't tell about real life more than movies or fictional books. Even if some stories might be violent or gruesome, beautiful and funny they are just imaginary fiction above all. When we stop playing an put books away, playing stops. End of story.

5. Roleplaying games (as i know them)

I started playing rpg's somewhere around 80-90's when I was just a bit over 10 years old. I started with finnish game called ANKH (Adventures of the North Kalevala Heroes) but soon enough got into RuneQuest, Cyberpunk, Twilight, 2300AD and such classics as them. Almost as soon as I started playing, I started to gamemaster. Yes, first few times were a disastrous waste of characters, but with experience I got more better in playing and mastering games. After played several years and become adult, my friends halted playing. Fortunately, my girlfriend got into roleplaying quite soon we met, so I have carried on this hobby with her.

With Samael (my gf) we hae played mostly by ourselves. It's hard to find fun and nice company to play, but we're really satisfied on our own. Games we have played together the most (this far are Vampire: the Masquerade and Dark Ages, Praedor ja Fading Suns. Now we have played also Blue Rose and will play several games. Although Vampire: the Masquerade will allways be THE game for us. It's best from the best, period!
We have played several adventures and been through dozens of characters, but we found our personal style of playing after 3 or so years. We gain experience in gaming all the time, but now we have found something near to harmony. At this moment we have found really good, exating and fulfilling style of playing using computer as a tool. As we play, we write it down immediately. I write on computer my game master's actions and Samael writes down her character's actions. As we would play by speaking, but instead we write everything down. That has one advance above all. Details of description! It's like writing a conversational novel, but playing it! And by this, every game event is recorded during playing, so every gaming sessions is saved for future references (or embarrassment). And off gaming and laughing doesn't affect the story writen down, yes?
